The 2020 JCI Mauritius Active Citizens Day took place on 11 December 2020. While we had the swearing-in of the 2021 Local Board members, we also ended the night with two awards as follows:
(i) the 2020 JCI Mauritius best long-term local community development program for the Edike pou Eradike: Aret Violans and Big shout-out here to 2020 Local Secretary Chrisinta Chavrimootoo and 2020 Local President Jaya Mulloo for working relentlessly on this project; and
(ii) 2020 Local Vice-President Ben Venkatakistnen for winning the 2020 JCI Mauritius most outstanding new member award!
