Guided Meditation Session

Kicking off the series of skills development sessions of JCI City Plus, Project Director and Vice President Alisha Hingun, organised a Guided Meditation Session hosted by Kay Dahall. The members felt energised and found focus to carry on the projects of 2019. It was held on Thursday 31 January 2019 at Moka.

About the trainer: Kay Dahall is an internationally recognised teacher and healer in the field of metaphysics. She is a coach in Reiki as well.
