As the project director of the 2024 Mauritius Public Speaking Championship, I have coordinated a dedicated organising team while maintaining strong communication with partners, participants, Jury members, and guests. Through this experience, I have learned a great deal about project management, delegation, conflict resolution, and bringing diverse stakeholders together towards a common goal. At the same time, the opportunity to work closely with committed individuals, and to witness the positive impact and outcomes of the championship, have been incredibly rewarding. Overall, receiving enthusiastic feedback and seeing the success of the project have been a source of fulfillment.
